It’s the American Dream.

We want a good job so we can take care of ourselves and our families.

With all of our resources, why does it keep getting harder for people to save for the future or buy a home? Why do we continue to give tax dollars to companies that have money? Why are there over 4,000 homeless children in Charlotte?

Economic development through the private sector has been causing the income gap since the ‘70s. It’s killing the American Dream for all of us. It’s the one place we agree.

Let’s Fix It.

If NFL fans can build the original Panthers stadium, we can rebuild Charlotte ourselves.

It’s a Project.

Let’s buy historic property together to help neighbors create community and curb their own gentrification. It’s a circuit-breaker to support start-ups and wellness that gives neighbors the chance to keep the character of their neighborhood in the future. We can build the foundation to help people create community, reduce the need for support, and pursue the American Dream.

It’s a Pledge.

It’s an investment not politics or religion. Unaffiliated voters. $10/month. Help out where you can.

It’s Teamwork.

Let’s partner with the owner of the Carolina Panthers to ask our elected officials to dedicate the same tax dollars they dedicate to us as we close the gap that they dedicate to the entertainment. Instead of building one big project now, every two years we’ll be able to invest where our city needs it most.

I was an independent financial advisor to Milwaukee area taxpayers in the original financing of MLB’s Milwaukee Brewers Miller Park. I’ve made Charlotte my home since I was recruited by the league’s bank 21 years ago. We need someone who is independent of the political process to represent us.

I’m asking you to create this new nonprofit foundation so we can invest in Charlotte ourselves.

Learn it. Earn it. Return it.* Let’s invest in the people of Charlotte and close the gap.

Please hire me to represent all of us.

We All Win or We All Lose.
